Siouxland Fireworks & 4th of July Fun 2018


If you're ready to don your red, white, and blue to party like it's 1776, here's where you can catch fireworks and other patriotic fun in and around Sioux City this 4th of July:

Tuesday, July 3rd
  • fireworks after the Sioux City Explorers baseball game at Lewis & Clark park
  • 9pm-1am: Bronson, IA street dance

Wednesday, July 4th
  • all day: Free icy pops from the Riverfront Museum (the boat!)
  • 10am: Fourth of July parade in Bronson, IA
  • 11am: Fourth of July parade in LeMars, IA, followed by a picnic lunch hosted by the Plymouth County Historical Society
  • 8pm: LeMars Municipal Band concert at Foster Park in LeMars, IA 
  • dusk: fireworks show from Plymouth County Fairgrounds, with patriotic accompaniment on KLEM 1410AM/96.9FM
  • dusk: fireworks in Copeland Park, Correctionville, IA
  • dusk: fireworks in Bronson, IA
  • after the Sioux City Explorers baseball game at Lewis & Clark park
  • 11pm: fireworks after the Shooter Jennings & Chris Knight concert at the Beaumont in Wayne, NE
Friday, July 6th
  • 6pm: Big Parade & Mardi Gras Festivale in downtown Sioux City, with fireworks at 10pm



Saturday, July 7th
  • fireworks after the last performance at Saturday in the Park at Grandview Park in Sioux City (estimated at about 10:30pm, but can vary widely based on length of the last set)
