Baby Shark Live at the Tyson Events Center

Celebrate summer by diving into the Baby Shark Live at the Tyson Events Center! This fun stage show is inspired by the viral YouTube hit from Pink Fong and is sure to be a hit with the kid crowd. Here's a sneak peek:

And here's the full details:

What is Baby Shark Live?

Baby Shark Live is a live musical production coming to Sioux City's Tyson Events Center on Sunday, June 13th at 2pm based on viral children's hits and characters. Baby Shark began as a camp song, but in recent years exploded online into a global sensation when South Korean YouTubers PinkFong posted their version of the song, with over 8 billion views and at one point reaching the status of most viewed YouTube video ever (it's still in the top 10 at time of posting this!)

I know it's been streamed many times in my house, and one of my kids even has a Daddy Shark Halloween costume! If your kids are as obsessed with mine, they will definitely be into this.

Anyway, the show does star the shark family and the friendly pink fox that serves as Pinkfong's logo, but also includes version of other popular kids songs that your family will probably already know and definitely will love.

The live show stars professional musical theater artists and runs about an hour long of performance time, split into two half hour segments divided by a 20 minute intermission for a total of 80 minutes.

The Ranch KC offers family-friendly KC BBQ in Belton, MO

UPDATE: The Ranch KC closed in spring 2026. I am leaving my review up for now in case people are still curious about what it was like. You can check out more of my KC faves here. On a recent trip to Kansas City, I had the opportunity to visit a new restaurant, The Ranch KC, and I was so impressed I wanted to share about it with all of you! My former hometown of Kansas City is one of my favorite travel destinations, not just because I love seeing my family and friends there, but also because there are great places to play, shop, eat, and explore. And The Ranch KC is definitely going on my list of great little places to eat in the KC area for future trips too! The Ranch KC is at its heart a barbeque restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and lots of kid-friendly options, so I definitely recommend it as a great way to get some KC BBQ, especially if you're visiting the area with kids.  Where is The Ranch KC? The Ranch KC is located at 17207 S US Hwy 71 in Belton, ...
