Every month I share some of the best things to do in Sioux City and Siouxland, from storytimes and crafts to music festivals, streaming concerts, and holidays from silly to serious.     • National Egg Day (celebrate with a favorite egg dish from a Siouxland restaurant, or make your own at home!)
  • Weds 6/4
  • Thurs 6/5
  • Fri 6/6
  • Sat 6/7
    • Moville Days Festival in Moville, IA
    • Iowa Free Fishing Weekend at Iowa State Parks
    • National Chocolate Ice Cream Day (celebrate with ice cream from Scoop's Udder Place or eat some Siouxland-made Blue Bunny ice cream at home!)
    • National Prairie Day (celebrate by visiting a local prairie park like Five Ridge, Adams Homestead & Nature Preserve, or Broken Kettle Grasslands)
    • 8am to 1pm: Sioux City Farmers Market in the Farmers Market lot west of the Tyson.
    • 9am to noon: River-cade Youth Fishing Derby at Bacon Creek, $5 per child includes rod, reel, tackle box, and lunch. Register at Bomgaars in Sioux City. More information here.

    The Sioux city Library has many activities offered. I see it has more than my local library.
