Family Guide to Siouxland Splash WaterPark

Siouxland Splash Waterpark is opening summer 2026 after much anticipation, and I'm so excited to share all the fun with you as it gets closer to opening day and new details become available. And when it's open, I hope to visit it and share my firsthand experience as well! Here's my full guide to Siouxland Splash Waterpark, so far:

Where is Siouxland Splash Waterpark?

Siouxland Splash Waterpark is located at 3820 Highway 75 North, which is along Highway 75 on the north side of Sioux City (almost to Hinton) near the Ickey Nickel bar.

According to the Siouxland Splash website, parking will be FREE!

Attractions at Siouxland Splash Waterpark

In January 2024, a detailed plan was presented (here's more info on that from Siouxland Proud news) with a lazy river, an area especially for kids, and some tower slides. Those plans were for 10 acres of waterpark fun, and with an original tentative completion date in late summer of 2025, which has now been pushed back to summer 2026.

When the park opens, I'll try to get pictures and video of as many of the slides and other fun attractions for you as I reasonably can without bothering other guests!

Hours and Admission to Siouxland Splash

Siouxland Splash Waterpark intends to be open from 11am to 7pm, all 7 days of the week during the summer season.

As of April 2026, the regular daily admission prices for Siouxland Splash Waterpark listed on their website are:

  • $29.95 for guests over 42" tall
  • $24.95 for guests under 42" tall
There is also a special toddler time each Tuesday from 9 to 11am, with admission for $9.99, and "twilight admission" for guests who arrive after 4pm, which is $17.95 per person per evening.

Memberships are also available, currently priced at $149.95 for a full week season pass, or $119.95 for a Monday through Thursday season pass. That makes the cost of the membership within a few cents of the cost of visiting 5 times, so if you think you'll go 6 or more times, it'd save you money to get the membership instead of paying each time! They also shared on Facebook that there will be a 10% "family discount" when purchasing 4 or more season passes at the same time, and that there are discounts for military and first responders as well.

Food and Drink at Siouxland Splash Waterpark

So far, not much has been shared about the food and drink at Siouxland Splash except that they will have food and drink. But I did spot options on their ticket and souvenir sales website for a "Souvenir Cup" for $19.99 and "unlimited drink refill" for $5.99 option. Those could be placeholders as they build out their website, but I'm assuming they're real and look forward to learning more about that option. In general, I find that those cups tend to be a great deal if you have season passes somewhere you love going.
Once the park opens, I'd love to hear about your favorite food and drink at Siouxland Splash and I'll definitely share with you about my own faves.

Parties and Special Events at Siouxland Splash Waterpark

Siouxland Splash Waterpark offers birthday parties starting at $339 for 10 guests, which includes waterpark passes and meal vouchers. The higher priced party tiers also include a mascot visit and birthday gift.

The park also welcomes group to visit, either alongside the other guests or to book a private event.

  1. Hey it would be cool if there was a drop slide where you go inside this thing and it drops you.
